Electric Ireland has been appointed the official energy partner to the VFI. Electric Ireland will be providing a fantastic energy offering that the VFI believes has the capacity to significantly reduce members’ electricity costs.
At a time when cost savings have never been so important to VFI members, this new deal will see a minimum 14% discount on commercial electricity and 9% on commercial gas.
“The deal is exclusive to VFI members and applies to all VFI members including publicans already with Electric Ireland. For those already with Electric Ireland, whether on a contract or not, it is just a matter of switching by signing a simple form,” explains VFI Chief Executive Padraig Cribben.
Those not already with Electric Ireland may be on a contract with an alternative supplier. You can either switch at the end of the contract period or assess the cost of terminating the contract now versus the potential gains in this new deal. The deal runs to September 2018 and you can join at any point in that period.
As a further added incentive to switch, Electric Ireland is also offering a discount of between 5.0% and 8.5% on your residential dual fuel electricity and gas bills.
This is a fantastic offer and will provide meaningful savings to your business.
Speaking about the deal an Electric Ireland spokesperson said: “Electric Ireland is the leading electricity supplier in the Irish Business Market and we are delighted to partner with the Vintners Federation of Ireland. We offer premium service and energy solutions to our business customers, ensuring we continue to be the supplier of choice for Ireland’s businesses.
“We are committed to a unique and innovative range of products, together with leading level of service which provides you with all of the support, tools, and market information to make the most of our products and services”.
