VFI members will have received correspondence from the Valuation Office recently in relation to the revaluation of your premises. You are legally obliged to complete the Revaluation Information Form & return it within 28 days from the date on the letter that you received. This information is the standard information that has gone to all rate paying premises in the county.
There is additional information that is specific to the pub trade only that the Valuation Office will be seeking over the coming weeks. With a view to outlining the process and to answering any questions that any member may have, a meeting with the Valuation Office will take place in:
Hotel Nuremore, Nuremore, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan on Tuesday 24th October 2017 at 11.30am.
Amber Springs Hotel, Wexford Road, Gorey, Co. Wexford on Wednesday 25th October 2017 at 11.00am
Younges-The Ragg, The Ragg, Thurles, Co. Tipperary on Thursday 26th October 2017 at 11.30am.
