The Local Elections will take place on Friday 7th June and it provides an important opportunity for members to get key pub-related issues across to all candidates. As publicans and business owners there are critical problems that must be addressed if the current cost of doing business crisis is to be alleviated.
Pictured below is a handy information sheet that outlines these issues. Please outline them to any politicians or canvassers who call to your door. All issues raised by the electorate are collated and fed back to the various party head offices so it’s vital you mention them to candidates.
It would also help if you emailed candidates with the document marking it for their attention.
