All Off-Sales must cease daily at 10.00pm.

NOTE: The trading hours for Christmas Public Holidays are set out in Liquor Licensing Legislation. The Public Holiday does not transfer to the Monday in either instance. In most cases under Employment Legislation where a Public Holiday falls at a weekend employees are given the Monday in lieu. That does not make it a Public Holiday and the hours of trading do not change – they remain whatever the normal trading hours are for that day.
